Yes, it is, and no, it is not.
You cannot prove either statement. As with all 'Reality is..' statements, you cannot gather relevant data; there is no 'observer' position where you can look over all of reality and what exists outside of it.

It is like having received a box in the mail with unspecifiable dimensions. Anything can be in it. Difference being that you have the option of opening the box (thus putting yourself in a position of 'observer', whereas you cannot do a similar thing with reality).

The point can be made that things in this reality can be a mirror image of things outside this reality.. but that is a tenuous argument at best.
