Probably 2 or more years ago, some alliance somehow sent me an unsolicited invite while I was on vacation. By the time I got back, the alliance had been disbanded but the invite remained and it is still there. I never even figured out who it was because there is no name on the invite, most likely because the alliance no longer exists. Clicking "Reject" and "Join" do not get rid of it.

Up to now, I have just left it there since I haven't pursued an alliance. Now I have a problem, as I'm being invited to an alliance but this glitch is blocking the invite. Has this been addressed before and is there a way I can clear the invite or do I need to escalate it to an admin?

Click the link, make an alliance, disband it right after creation, and you are free to be invited.
