Yesterday, 23/2/13, my APP reached 18020 then reset to 0. I didnt convert it and today its at 480 APP. Could someone look into this please?

Oh! I think I know what happened. Your APP got above 18021, and the automatic conversion kicked in (and for some reason ignored the fact that it should 'spare' the 18020).

Same thing happened to me this morning. Somebody is getting coal for Xmas!

Mine has also been zeroed but I'm pretty certain it wasn't any higher than 12k. Only got 560 now.

ditto... I only exchanged for turns last weeks so in low 1000k's for APP..

I am in the same boat as those that got over-compensated. I think I had around half as well, don't know the exact number. I will take it though!
