I have a clip that i need turned into a GIF, i have no idea how to do it so im willing to pay someone to create it for me. I can even cut the clip for you so it will require as little work as possible.

The GIF clip will for for like 5 seconds so its a small order. If anyone is interested message me and i will give you the details.
