i'm looking for officers

i'm looking to create bonds with players that help each of us grow.
i need help with my UP, and i can help with your income

when i get my defense back, i will be getting around 100bil per turn. then i will give 30% of that

but i need all my officers to have a decent UP to help me

all in all, i need help and am willing to help others.
just looking for new friends
