I cant seem to find any information on the forum about Chaos.

Am i insane ? i am SURE there was a Chaos Gate here !!!

The key word is WAS a chaos gate, dont remember how long its been since seeing that section?

lol I thought you were refering to Dominion of Chaos :'( when I saw the header... has forgotten there was even a Chaos version of the game, so long since i'd seen it mentioned

I used to have a lot more fun on Chaos then in Quantom. Good times!

It went the way of the dodo.

Chaos was outsourced to Virgil (GenLucky) and Hephaestus, who made it into something better looking (based off of their own adaptation of the game in StarGate Ancient Wars). Then the big server death of 2011 occurred and neither SGAW or Chaos was ever heard from again.
(At least, that is the last time I heard of either of them as being 'alive'.)

I liked the old Chaos better.

But even you cannot deny that the - then - New Chaos did look better than the old one. Whether it was a better game or not could be subject of debate.

It was. All parties involved agreed on it being the face of awesomeness.

Better looking, and worse playing at the cost of the entire chaos community.

To take a game from 1000 active players to 5 in one year was mighty impressive.

I'd be ashamed enough to let it die too when the two week server downage happened.

Chaos is gone, as is that battlegrounds or whatever thing Jason developed as the new big thing. Same as that Rage of Angels game or whatever it was called back in 2006...same as all the SGW knockoffs that came out over the years...this is all that remains. Main, ascended, quantum and newgrounds. Newgrounds is very lucky it's attached to main the way it is or it would be long gone by now as well

They are slowly killing that off too..

As I said once, the game doesn't have much life left. Enjoy the time its still around.
