That realm is new to the ascended plane. The Ascended Council grants limited protection to realms less than 60 eons (days in worldly time) old...This includes use of the Ascended Superweapon, and direct Ascended Being attacks, on them....
The account age is correct, but the Superweapon might confuse noobs.
(Edit: Yes.. I know.. that noob was ME.)

You must've been around in the times of the superweapon?
I remember hearing about it lots around when I joined... Though it was already gone.
