Why are you still a mod? As much garbage as you have posted certainly the warnings should have resulted in you being banned, unless your spam was not deemed spam at all. :-k

Not necessary, if he was warned. The mod who warned him could have put it all in one warning.

Plus there needs to be a certain amount of verbal warnings before going to board warnings. Usually its 2 or 3 verbal ones before a board one.

If you think theres a post that is breaking the rules, report it and click yes for email. In the email it should say who closed the report. PM that mod and ask why it was not moved to the public or private thread.

As asking for any warnings to be given and if warnings were given. Mods are not allowed to tell others non mods about it.

If I have to do all of that then why are you a mod? I should be the mod. The rules, the enforcement and they way infractions are handled..rather the system is ass backwards.

Every forum has a report system. This is one of the few that actually lets you know when the report has been dealt with. #-o

I didn't heed your warnings and I got warned and now you gloat like a mountain goat you got to the top first.

Well done Noobert =D> btw, Hockey is for girls.

I was not trying to brag, I just found it utterly hilarious how karma is an ironic **Filtered**. If you wish I will remove the signature, and thread itself.

You chose to ignore the point of my posts and the one within this thread once again..

You may argue your point all you wish but please learn humility. This attitude is not going to help you.

The decision will be made shortly, I imagine.

Over 5k posts - Banned twice
Banned for "abuse" - Banned
Watching irony backfire on a mod - Priceless

None of you read the rules but decided to use your own judgement to induce a punishment.

Not clever, 6 warnings, 5k posts and you judge blindly. I don't mind, you'll see soon enough.

Irony is seeing the mod gloat who moaned so hard last time I thought you were biased.

You wouldn't know bias if it hit you in the face with a shovel, sir. I did not moan either, I laughed hysterically.

I'll be gleefully awaiting the topic in the Moderator section to discuss your ban. :smt112

The Admins have discussed your warning, and have decided that the warning is valid.

Furthermore, due to the abuse of the access allowed to appeal your warning (spamming other threads within the Ombudsman Section), The Admins have decided to remove you from the Banned Usergroup, and place you on a full ban, with your ban reset to 2 weeks.
