You keep them. All of them. Personal ATs are untouched by anything.
All Generic ATs however, are sold at Market rates (game Market).
When returning back the other way, 720 Generic ATs (or however many you have if less than 720) are sold in a similar fashion. (Not entirely sure, these
might just disappear.)

Almost correct Juliete
On entering, all generic ATs are sold at ingame market rates.
On leaving, it costs 960 generic ATs to do so (they just disappear) if you havent attacked for 2 days and are choosing to leave. However, if you are being booted due to population, it matters not when your last attack was or if you have the needed ATs, but if you have them they will be taken.
But back on topic, as Jules said, personal ATs are totally unaffected and remain with you regardless of entering or leaving perg
