Lord Kats= I love ya man and you left for good reasons so NO I was a little out of hand about the surrender thing and we wont be going back to our list of surrenders.

Tetris= I expected it to be DDE that black balled that account, I didn't expect it to be from someone in or around a RESPECTED empire, so hope you didn't take that wrong, just was shocked as it was not expected.

Guild= I know your forum personality and I know it is in your nature to be an ass, so meh be one.. It only bothers me when my mental Illness is brought into the words that you or your conrads write.

"NEW" Surrenders will be accepted for two things,

1. The unfortunate and serious event of one of your deaths (which I hope doesnt happen, we have lost too many lately, and though things get heated and we talk **Filtered** noone wants anyone to die)

2. You publicly announce that you have sent us a Surrender, with the promise you will never join forces with DDE again, after HC votes we will then let you know via PM not the forums that your surrender has or has not been accepted..
