In fact, if I went inactive and had my income stolen every day, WITH defcon higherester, I would have around that same amount stolen within a year.

In fact, if I went inactive and had my income stolen every day, WITH defcon higherester, I would have around that same amount stolen within a year.
If you have an income of 64bil per turn yes you would loose that amount in a year.
