I bought an account and changed the email, but i never retrieved the new password -.- and it's all correct not spelt wrong because i did retrieval of password and it said sent.

support@gatewars.com and ask your seller to confirm the sale to the same address.

Emails are laggy as hell at the moment. It took 18 hours for the forum email notification of a PM to arrive yesterday, might be the same thing with mails from the game itself.
