SCOTUS DNA Ruling

No more warrants needed for taking DNA samples upon arrest. No probable cause needed. No pesky 4th amendment to get in the way anymore. 5-4 ruling that smashes the bloody hammer down on due process.
Even with rock solid, undeniable proof of innocence you are still an effing moron for talking to the police without a proper attorney. Ask any ex-cop they will agree. Now you have to pay massive $$$ for an attorney should some whack job ever place an old toothbrush of yours that he stole from your trash can up his rape victims privates when they shouldn't even have your DNA in the first place because you merely got arrested for some completely trivial offense that you weren't even charged with because the arresting officer slept in that day blew off court you were only looking at a flimsy fine anyways for whatever random misdemeanor you want to imagine. Oh and you are sooooo getting fired too because they took you away from your job in handcuffs and innocent or not you don't keep your job after that.
Whichever 5 of these justices voted for this need to face the firing squad immediately. RIP due process.
