I thought the 14 day minimum between ascensions had long gone. But no ... There is a 14 day rest period between ascensions after the 10th. Before then you are too weak....
You estimate critical strength in 7.32 days.

So great, I've just come back to the game and find myself as a LG, not even LG+1 but regular old LG. So I decide to restart the ascension path, without spending $$, after a couple of slower ascensions realise it's not hard to get into 5 G&R range and so built up and did the rest as quick ascensions to AG. Then this. How am I ever supposed to catch up when I need to wait around 6 months to get from AG to TUK? All the time my account is just sitting in G&R range not able to do much of anything.

What is the point of the 5 G&R range if I'm still waiting 14 days between ascensions? I can get the G&R in 4 and a bit days so why wait?

It's taken me around 3 months to get to AG, including building a farm list, raiding my 26mil army size up and building my MS up, but I've just got into the swing of what stats I need for 5 G&R range and the rebuild and was planning about 2 months more ascending until TUK and I can get back into the game properly. It's a long enough wait quick ascending with so many ascensions to go through without the additional 'rest' between.

Well what you can do is get your planets up to scratch a lot of people are going with large income planets. Or you could bulk up your MS. Or even better save up for your next ascensions We're all dandy though

Although I agree with you that the time limit should be abolished as it only serves to hinder the game at the point (it had its use in the past). Actually ascending is the slow way these days, go play Newgrounds, after a few months, 2-3 you can get a main account at TUS or something close.

You just have to ascend to level 20 within Newgrounds and you are set. Plus this account can be a legal multi to the one you have now, so while you are waiting to ascend, you can work on your legal multi account
