you won't be using 15 AT... yet...
more like 3 - 5 per hit... but yes, you can do it.

Greetings,
On the menu-bar on the left side of your screen there is a button called ATTACK
Press it - Find someone to attack. Click declare war and then attack using maximum amount of turns possible.
(if you still cant manage to spend the turns contact me and I'll make instructions)

Good advice!
I guess an alternative to attacking every player on the game could be making anyone who has ever done you over in the game's life a living hell!
I reckon I could mass a single player every day for well over 3 years with that many turns!

I've been very busy the last few years, I have only had time to play my ascended properly!
I know that when I do return to my main account properly though however! It will be fun!!
