Indeed they do still sell them, one will pop up every now and then.
The only thing i can suggest is do not say "Target is inactive" Because unless its a legal or illegal multi of yours you do not know if they are active or not.
A good thing to post is how many turns they have, Alliance and CO details (if they have them or not). If you think the person might be a challenge etc. Give as much info as possible so the buyer is more informed before getting the information they pay for.
