Forgotten Password *Resolved*

My account, ID (looking for it), named Dizzi445, has a password, and an email address set. The problem is, I don't own said email address, and I don't remember said password. The last login should correspond with my IP address, and the red title is ~Amag~, my name. I bought this account from Valume, whose ID I do not know, and I do not think the email is his, so he may not be able to help. I have emailed the Urgent email address with more information, but that was approaching two weeks ago, three weeks total since I sent the regular support email. I just want this problem to at least be acknowledged if it cannot be fixed.
Clarifying: I never got around to changing the email, but I did change the password. I had a reminder for it on my old phone, but I got a new phone and erased all of my notes. I DO know the email, and it is in the email I sent.
