attack bug

I go to historic battles - select someone - attack them - nothing happens - just get an hq screen with on my sphere of control and military capability stats on the right side of the screen nothing on the left -
normal attacks from going through the cosmos seem ok
normal attacks from going through the cosmos seem ok
