so i ascended to level 20 but i cant access the main server for some reason

any help would be great

did you write
user name for exampele : ~Snipez~

or *~Snipez~ ... for your multy you need to use *

As far as I recall you have to ascend 20x then ascend again (for lvl 25 ng) to access main...

You pretty much have to ascend twice in a row. Don't worry, the 2nd ascension to 25 doesn't cost anything. Remember that you will be able to access your new main account as soon as you ascend to 25, you just need to logon to the main server with a * symbol in front of your username. you will have to wait 1 week to play your max ascended NG account though.

Mmm with me I was 19 went to 20 and as soon as I hit 20 it vaced my newgrounds account for a week and gave me my multi. then a.week later u.can access your allready lvl 25 ng account.

The Login information is the same, but there will be a * symbol in the front of the username signifying a NG ascended to Main account. So if your NG username is Snipez, your new Main account username would be *Snipez.
