3ic is able to remove 2ic *resolved*

This is a simple oversight in error (user) correction. The 3ic is able to give the 2ic his position thus leaving the alliance with no 2ic.

Yes this is annoying. Happened to me just the other day, I was 2ic, someone passed me the 3ic without realising I was 2ic. Thus I was demoted to 3ic and we had no 2ic in TÅÅE. Obviously then I had to wait for the leader to come on and restore my 2ic before I could finish my 2ic tasks.
This has happened several times before and is quite an annoyance. Please fix.

As direct a contact as basic sending of email, sure.. if things have high priority.
If not, it might take a bit longer for him to read this.

Fixed.
Might clean up the whole page later.
Word of warning; button order changed, NOW: remove - make 3 - make 2 - make 1
Instead of old: remove - make 2 - make 3 - make 1
