Tourney bug kill

I went to do a kill on someone with only 2LF but there was no execute option;
I've seen others have been able to kill ppl off, so SOL whats up with that :s

changed to 1 LF and 1 LFR, i.e kill them when they have no chance of survival. Stops people just randomly killing others when they could still have a chance.
