it looks like a proposed bill when parliament is back however it will only effect England and wales as n.ireland would be excempt due to the situation there and Scotland well they could be independent soon and even if not they have own parliament

I am under 26, and I refuse to join Army, I spent 5 years at uni and now spending a further 6months at uni to advance my Degree and job position...that is not for the army, I don't care for violence I care to prevent death

Thank god im Scottish, however with the whole Scotland Independence thing - we will not be independent
