As far as I am aware this is not a bug, there is no individual ME in BloodWar nor should there be, imo.
Except of course for the total alliance vs alliance ME record - if that's not there, then it has to get in there soon; easy feature after bugs fixed; then again, that is alliance ME, not individual ME.
