I'm currently in a blood war.
The enemy account does not appear on the logs(Alliance List) yet i can still hit them, and they me.
The reasons behind this are that the account was on vacation before the blood war started and is now not.
It's not a real problem game wise since (the amount we need to kill doesn't go up, and so we can kill all those nice troops) however i don't think it was suppose to work that way.
