Main Account rolled back WTH *Resolved*

Hi Admin Am I the only one his has happened to?
I assume its as a result of not correctly fixing my ascended to main *NG account as requested via e-mail.
Today (within the last hour) my maiin account has mysteriously rolled back to how it was 12-18 months aga.
Please roll it back to how it was prior to Daychange.

And then maybe sort out my *NG

when I logged in there was 13T out in the open and -22 on the timer
Now it seems alliance tags etc are also showing incorrectly so I`m going to ppt as its unplayable
