Glory earning range

I've found this quite weird, I have been building repeatidly and not earning Glory despite being rank 570, I'm wondering if anyone knows the real rank needed to start earning glory and whether or not this is some sort of bug? I didn't think the rank needed would have gone this low.
It says glory is earned under rank 1251 however this mustn't be the case.

No no, you misunderstand, I trained up so that I'd gain glory months ago, I didn't log in for a couple of months assuming I'd be able to get supporter status when I came back... Then when I came back I didn't have any glory so I built up more, let a couple more weeks pass, and then today I just spent a few trillion and half an hour raiding and still got nothing, and then I made this noob topic... I was a noob for several months
