Soo OA declare war on TL for "Vulturing" but its apparently OK for them to do the same...

iFlux, has been "Vulturing" throughout our little war with VE, and has continued to hit in an increasing frequency ever since.


so by OE standards... your stats have taken a beating. (alliance repair and ppt saved them ^^)

Oa/tl was a dra problem not VULTURING. To has and had no claim to the same right. Youd be massing me too if your squad had anything worth VULTURING. Be that as it may. They didnt. And u would have been hit in war or out provided there was something worth VULTURING.

Looks as if tl and oa are both happy about a war. Thats the difference.
But hell. Ive massed people for way less.

Maybe i am getting it wrong but seems to me the vendetta was declared at the time you were hitting or after, if so it's a bit much to complain about alliance repairs when the target has not actually agreed to the vendetta at the time. Plus, as ALWAYS happens, the person making the 1st strike can put all the terms in the world up, but the person being attacked has absolutely no requirement to accept any or all of said terms.

I like both of you and i hope it's a good fight with some impressive kills, just saying wait for both parties to agree to terms before fingers start being pointed. Of course i have no idea what may or may not have been said via PM or skype, could be blowing hot air out my *filtered*
