Help my GnR dont grow

Hello everyone,
I have a problem. I just ascended and rebuilded my stats so that I am again ranked around 704 but I don't gather any G&R points... I waited for a day or day and the problem still occurs.
How to solve this? I am loosing a lot of G&R points this way.
