Duals, Good incomes and up planets

Anyone else find anyone that seems inacitve in the 20-40k range then notice their on ppt and have really good income or up planets and duals.

P.S. I really hate it and it makes me wanna cry :smt022

Low rank/= inactive. They are actives just sitting on low rank. Especially if they are on PPT.

Think that's why he said "seems inactive... then notice they're on ppt" So realising they are active after checking.

But yeah, this bugs me too!
