I literally just ascended, and some how lost my ascended account and became of the daimon race. How???

Now I just lost my Ascended tag altogether. Any help?

The link between main and ascended is broken.

If you look on your market page :

GNR option: Use 1 market turns and 1000 Glory & Reputation for 250,000 Ascended Points on your Ascended Account ( No Ascended Account Associated )

Guessing it didn't know you'd already ascended.

Same reason people are not getting APP for their ascensions

Ok. So I'm assuming this will be fixed??? I'd certainly hate to ascend 10 lvls again.

Yep, will be fixed, later this afternoon.

All links between ascended and Main are currently broken, all ascensions are treated as 'new' (but no new account is created), but we have a good record of all ascensions, so you (and everyone else) will be fine.


I will disable ascension-related market items for now, as well as the process of ascension itself.

I'm out.

All ascending/converting/quantum leaping is back to full functionality, fixed the core issue.
For the record; Ascended worked perfectly, the problem was with Main.


A Spider, could you send an email to Support (support@gatewars.com) with your ID and we will fix you (well, your account).

An email has been sent to support. Also, my brother (The Engineer, member of DoC) had requested his login information sometime ago from support and has yet to hear back. Please either notify him, or relay that information to me so I may give it to him.
