It seems to me that general isn't very active, I have a few topics to start here so let's give this one a go....

What event / time do you recall with happiness or pride etc? I have 3 that's spring to me....

Esker accidentally setting his mic off on msn And listening to his mum tell him off
The first GW's meet up and all that followed. (Love those belgiums)

First SGW server war

Zion War

Those three I guess ingame were for me great moments. But other than that... I can name 1000 better ones


For instance every single person I was able to met from SGW in real life or call a friend tops that easily.


This game has awesome people and I like meeting awesome people.

Hmm T I T A N S Vs DDE war, my first time in the thick of it fighting legends of the game like deni, Lore, Priape, Lord Kat etc. Etc. Was pretty intense for me and pretty much the defining moment for me and the direction I would take my SGW career.

All the SGW meets I been to, especially the last Manc one (Even if Buck let us all down!).

The 1-140 war, or more specifically that time in the game. Was a point where mH was so active you could log in any time of day and have 10 people chatting away. Was good times.

If we was only to be talking about SGW ill have a go at it.

1. The meetup Jake setup and told us a few days before hand everyone came to are house. Meeting up with Orpheus and many others was pretty good, aswell as going out for a drink with jeff, jake, me and the missus and about 20 others from the game. Was kind of weird to put faces to names in game.

2. Joining Omega and being there for over 2 years, met quite a lot of good buddies, one of them who stands out the most must be Gunz, great all round guy many of times, though haven't spoke to him for a few years now since msn changed.

3. Being hated by so many ppl. Some took things way to serious.

But for the ones that hated me yet could chat to me on msn and have a laugh with me while they was massing my defence or the other way around its what really made the game for me.

1) The formation of The Collective with my RL best mate
2) my first SGW meet up
3) Taking down a 10tril defence in the FUALL vs TJP vs RM "Game Over!" server war (destroyed my entire account doing so)
4) massing my first 100+tril defence
5) 51 descensions on DDE

Those are the really big ones for me.

When are you finally coming over?

I'm sure the misses will love romance in Ghent and Bruges

Maelstrom about 2 years ago with all the top lads in there, everyone having a laugh and being universally hated by everyone in norm and perg. we were probably active enough to be a good alliance in main, but we were happy in perg with our own style

Lots of memories in this game I spent my a lot of my early 20's here :p learned a lot and "grew up" some here :p

I miss when I first started trying to get to 2mill army or something stupid was hard hahahhaha joining EXPANSION and having my first online experience with people from all over the world was probably my favorite thing about this game, I would have never been able to learn about the world without this forum and the friends I made... the awesome families that were in expansion, Insaneone and her husband 2b, Taddpole and his CRAAAAAZY family (who I got to meet IRL it was awesome). Cazzstar and her son. Awh man that was my "first" online family. Not to mention going to DDE and learning so many different aspects of this game such as war, ruthlessness, and having the power of JT behind the back. Going to FS and learning the ways of my actions and my mouth would be put to the test. :p Annoying some of you with my forum antics, while making so so so many friends in the process. I could name probably hundreds of online names from this forum that actually affected me so much that real life took a back seat to some of you :p

well thats my speal I'm prob out again for a while, but man oh man a lot of you mean a lot to me and you'll never even know :p there is no possible way I could mention everyone but I thank you sooooo much from the bottom of my heart for the times and the memories in this game, and dealing with me for so many years .

Getting accepted into my first alliance way back in 2005...turns out it would be my last alliance too.

Seeing TA hit and hold alliance rank one for the first long period of time since the early stages of the game.

First night of the 2007 Mayhem/Venom vs TAF war. Amazingly coordinated first strike by doc holliday.

That epic onliner between mcdeadly, ETL and I that happened through the lag back in the earlier months of the last TAF vs OE war. Or that onliner between ETL, Smug and I that ended with me and Smug down both about 100 mil uu, ETL down about 100 mil himself and ETL autobanned...all of which happened in 30 seconds. Okay, pretty much every battle from that war. Quite a few battles from other wars with DDE, Rico's and Mayhem too.

Reaching rank one on main for the first time after 8 years of playing.

That Nuto and Evilhomer thread.

First day of the wob vs mayhem war. Spending 3-4 hours permanently phased by various members of mayhem, while we had **Filtered** & giggles through pm's.

Onlines with JT during the server war.

The moment after Vix got deascended while rank 1, and the resulting convos on msn.

Various 'got drunk and came on forums/msn hilarity', too many to mention names

That moment when I found a 220mils raid, and had to look at it for 45 minutes without hitting.

Finding the community still going after 3 years absence.

+ Too many things to fit in one post
