What is going on? About a month and half ago the game ripped me off now once again I come back to the game after having set to vacation mode for two weeks. yet once again it has finished early... at least a week ago judging by attack logs. luckily I was only farmed a couple of times. yet I feel if I had rebuilt from last time it f..ked me I would have been massed again. So I ask again what is going on? Twice in two months isn't cool.

Your account 'dirtyrat500' was attacked a total of 3 times in the past 10 days, for a total of ~400B Naq.

You set vacation October 20th, 2013. You logged in and subsequently came off vacation October 22nd, 2013. After that, until now, you did not log in. Your last login was today. In that time, you have been attacked 3 times.
When you log in within 2 days after having set vacation, the game will take you off vacation regardless of time entered. That is how it has always worked, a well known principle. By logging in on the 22nd, you broke your own vacation.


Nothing is going on with the game.

considering I didn't have access to a computer or internet on that date I find your info wrong. also going by attack logs ive been hit 3 times in the past 10 days. first that I can see on nov 1.

trust me I know how vacation mode works. the game ripping me off is a relatively new development tho.

perhaps you could post a screen shot of your attack logs.

have you ever logged in from somewhere else and maybe left your login details on another computer/phone? I guess Support can see if different ISP were used

You may find my info 'wrong', those are the times the database says you logged in, set vacation and broke it off (I see no illegitimate activity). Of course, it could be Oct 19 and 21, 20 and 22, or 21 and 23, depending on where you are geographically.

According to the activity logs, you set vacation, you logged in after 2 days and came off vacation, then no one logged in for a while, and the account has been attacked several times in your off-vac absence.

I don't see why this is being discussed in public still... Seems to be a completely private matter and you are just taking the opportunity to continue mocking them in front of the entire community.

Dirtyratagain, I apologise if my statements were perceived as mocking. My intention was to state what the DB says happened, without judgment or criticism.
