APP generation stuck.

APP does not seem to be being generated, not sure exactly when it stopped, but I have been tantalisingly close to being able to buy turns for days.

Think taking part in tourney caused it, if anyone has a multi that did not take part, can u see if ur getting it increased

my APP seems to be considerably slower the last few weeks. my planet size has increased but instead of getting increased APP - LFC Generation it seems to have slowed down considerably :/
