Add a rank to up that is not used for overall rank calculations but to show people where they stand. I am often curious where my UP is in relation to other players.

Check galactic attack logs for players with top naq gains, usually 1 of them will have the highest UP.
Look for ones with lower rank, since lots of naq with low rank means they spent pretty much all of it on UP, and finally you can just spy them to find out the actual number.

Naquadah Mining Efficiency ---> 'ranked income'
Growth Quantification ---> 'ranked UP'
Population Gauge ---> 'ranked Armysize'
These are (obviously) not straight values but a modified value (your rank is displayed properly though!), the ranks do not factor into overall rank.. essentially just a gimmick, but it seemed like something fun to add while fixing those bugs earlier.

Nice, I really like these new additions. Gave me a scare when the right side of my command center disappeared for a while.

You may have a higher 'per turn' value than another who is ranked for their higher raw UP. Ranks update per TC.Good to hear, it was a fun and good suggestion.
