What kind of game is this anyways?

I've never been able to find something quite like this game and IDK why lol... Is it a Mmorpg or something else, if it is a mmorpg whats it called when you can attack others to grab there resources and actually hurt the players account? Sorry if this is vague just always wondered what made this game so different then other games I've played online?

I'm really just looking for a fun game to kill some time and a new forum to make some new friends around the world (no offense to anyone here) just IDK it is always my fav part of any online mmorpg, and I loved the whole "Take your money out and I steal it" kinda thing I loved that part of the game lol I dont' need to be a warrer or anything just want it to be kinda realistic where timing and stratagey matters (Man my spelling is horrible without spell check lmao)
