Triple planet issue

Was looking at the ingame black market and notice it says "already have max triple stat planets or max total planets" but I don't have 10 planets and no triple planet..... why would that be??

Gained two duals in the past 30 days? You can't get more than two duals or a dual and a triple in a month. I don't remember it being a calendar month (Jan - Feb - Mar -etc) more just a generic 30 day count.

You can take 2 new ones at the beginning of each month.

So u could take 2 at the end of a month and 2 at the beginning of the next. All within a week or two.

No I noticed this before I got my second dual......

if this helps its the same on dev. I havent played in months and have no planets or one dual. Since i started playing i had a triple and lost it, and since says that im not allowed to take one because i already have one which i dont.

I have waited over a month to be sure, in that time no triple planets have crossed my path nor have I bought or otherwise gained a dual. The planet market still doesn't show me the option to buy a triple....

The game considers you to have a triple, because you were the last conqueror of a triple, no longer in your possession.
I will go over planet features later this week, not just this, but also the report of planets not downgrading.

And coming back to this, planet degradation has been fixed.
(Triple now loses random stat after being taken twice, dual after five.)

Also, when you *lose* a triple (or dual), your counter is modified to properly reflect the loss (preventing such troubles as Billzebud experienced from re-occurring).

This is fixed for you individually (as of now), the problem itself still persists.
