my friend joined and we want to make one of us commander of the other but for some reason it won't let him make my his commander. Or the other way around

Did you both join from the same internet connection? Most likely that since you may have had the same IP address, it is blocking it. You would need to apply for an IP exception. Email support@gatewars.com with the IDs.

Thanks a lot. We didn't join in the same place but we've logged in at the same place before. Maybe that's it
