Help I'm being sabbed, but i cant find out who is doing it! I know its a merc but i dont know who!

any suggestions??

the person who hired the merc is a cheat! and is p'd that I reported him.

Set critical alert level and train up spies asap, about all you can do, lol.

All you can do is set your realm to critical and train up some spies.....If it still continues sell some UU for naq and buy up that next spy level

That's quite impossible due to the mechanics of sabotage. You need to send more spy-power than the enemy has. So if they were able to sab you, you won't be able to sab them. The only option left is to upgrade your covert action and then sab them, but it will likely be too costly because they are still pretty close to your level.

Some things you might do:
-Find a commander who can help
-Find an alliance who can help
-Save up 1000 attack turns, buy strike of at least 20% of their defense, and hit them with tons of 1 turn attacks, until their weapons break (called massing, it's a very costly procedure, but you can't beat the sound of time dilation fields crumbling all around)
-If they have a mothership, get one of your own, and make sure it has a decent amount of power. Then mass them with your mothership, blowing weapons and shields off theirs as you go.
-Upgrade your anticovert higher than their covert, and mass them with that, destroying spies as you go. You can sab them afterwards cause they will have little covert defense left.

Of course you can also opt for the peaceful solution, but where's the fun in that
