forgot ascended account

hello I wanted to contact admin to figure out how to get ascended account related to my main account. I purchased this account some time back and never asked for ascended account. I dont think previous owner plays anymore and I cannot retrieve that information.

After verification, the owner of the Main account can always get their associated Ascended account's details reset to the Main details.
