When you ascend in the main server do you loose your secure bank (Secret Temple) along with everything else?

Yes, everything. The best thing to do is to broker your resources to someone and have that someone reject the brokers after you ascend. Or if you do not have a special someone , then broker it to an inactive, wait a little under two days and then ascend. Because the brokers cancel after two days. So when it cancels you will be on PPT.
