What the hell, really need admin help now

Okay so a while back I descended changed my mind and want to re ascend but I was caught in the Daimon catch 22 situation which me and Support managed to figure out how to sort it. Okay so I managed to get the 3rd race change and changed my race as instructed and it worked 
went to a protectionist everything changed the pictures all changed and when I went to the race change I wasn't know as a partially descended race anymore that is until.............I log back on an hour later to find my account has completely reset itself to when i was a Daimon, the race details is protectionist still thats right because I changed from aggressive and now have 0 race change points. what do I do now I????? successfully change to a non ascended race so I can get G&R points again and an hour later im a Daimon with 0 race change points. Anyone any ideas on what to do??????
