Haikon vs Loki

Hello Everyone,
Loki you have been appearing in FSF logs since you joined DDE. You have been contacted several times to stop your farming and we have also contacted DDE HC regarding the matter. We have tried fixing this issue the diplomatic way and even had members raise defence to avoid you hitting them, However you have now raised your strike and continue to farm our family. We can no longer allow you to enter our lands unpunished, I am declaring a vendetta against you. The following are a list of terms for this vendetta that I think are reasonable, feel free to contact me regarding any extra terms you wish to add.
1) Vendetta shall last 7 days
2) No Ascended
3) No Planets
4) min 5T def on log in *edit*

Haikons defence is rather close to Loki's and regarding rebuilding defences etc that is between the two parties involved ^_^
