Should TOC add to your Cosmic Rank?

Your cosmic rank is made up from 5 physical stats balance to give a total over all rank for that account. The higher this rank the more ATs you get:
Rank 1: 5 turns
Rank 2-5: 4 turns
Rank 6-10: 3 turns
Rank 11-50: 2 turns
Rank 50-100: 1 turn

This is done to promote the building of stats and physical levels but my question is why personal levels (ie TOC and GDP) are not also included in getting more ATs. Both cost ‘lots’ DMU and need many ATs to be used to farm it. Many people spend much of their time and energy on building these personal stats, so why should they not share in the same benefits that those who built physical stats?

However I do see the other side, personal stats can’t be lost (mayb if you are being descended) unlike physical stats. Building high rank physical stats come with its own risk of being lost, why should a stat that cannot be lost be compared to those that can?

So what do you think?

I think they should count. Despite what you said about you not being able to lose them unlike physicals I think they should count. There's only two of them anyway compared to the massable stats.

Not dynamic enough.

If you're purely wanting it to effect the cosmic rank so the high end ranks are thrown up in the air then no, you can mass covert, cs, attack, def, assass, but you can't mass a toc. The only way to 'bring it down to your level' is to actually increase yours, which of course you can't increase a few bill in a few weeks, let alone a day.
