Yeah they do, you get PPT also. (this was true when i won it a few weeks into when it started.)

Remember though, for every 1t you put in, only 600b goes into the pot. So, even if you were guarenteed a win buying 100 tickets, unless the jackpot was already 40t before you started, you would be out of pocket

Yes, the winner does get an ingame PM, I know who won last week, sadly it was not me, but he posted a copy of the PM he got in one of the skype chats (might even have been server chat, cant remember).

actually more like 30%, but meh, i win at least once a month (sometimes more)

there was one point i was winning like 50% the time for a couple months shortly after i returned to GW, but thats cause not many people were entering
