Out of curiosity, are there any good sig makers around? And if yes, about how much naq would I need for a simple sig (with some animation or effect for the text perhaps) and a matching avatar?

I don't have skype installed at the moment, but I can change that if you'll at least give me a rough estimate of a price (so I know if I can afford it)
