Archeological digs by your scientists report 2 distinct cultural layers...interesting

I just noticed that for the first time - whats it mean? You get it as part of the battle message when stealing a planet. It doesnt always say 2 though, it can vary.

Does it mean anything?

The planet used to be a triple.

Actually, it just means the planet has been stolen 2 times, you should get this on all planet thefts.
