Fleet commander?

Hopefully posted in right place, never have much like with that! #-o

Can anyone tell me what the "make fleet commander" button does on the officers page? is it just a fancy title before your name?

also i have "supreme commander" before my name, whats that? lol

Yep, just a fancy title. Same with Supreme commander - that one is based on how many officers you have.
