Sab and GnR

I tried sabotaging someone and when I clicked send units I got the message going about the GnR (If you have under 10% or greater than 1000% of the enemy GnR / glory, you can attack but 5 x day, and may not sab. It would be socially OBSCENE and you dig your rep too much for that....). Is it suppose to say that still, because I thought that only applied a few eras ago when we were doing the glory era and that we were going back to just a pure game.
