how expensive is it to get max (20k) in one tech ?

Totes depends on your id level. I think 20k income techs cost Me 200t once upon a time. Its been a very long time.

ID does decrease overall costs, but the tech type makes a difference. Some costs more than others and in the end can mean a difference in the trillions.
