EDIT: pretty sure I'am being thick


What % of my officers UP should i get as a bonus.

seems i'm am only getting roughly 10k from a 150k officer UP is this correct

It is either 6% or 6.x percent (I can't remember)

So yeah, sounds about right.

Its dependant on your officer rate, their Raw UP and then adjusted to 1/5th of this.

Eg,
If they have 150k RAW UP
If you have 30% Income to officers

150,000 * 30% = 45,000
45,000 / 5 = 9,000

(which is 6% - so Hippy was correct - but thought it be useful to have the full calculation too ^^)
